Customer care

PHOTOVOLT SA carries out punctual monitoring of solar panel plants for many customers, resulting in sustainability and often in an increase in electricity output. Materials wear out, standards change, and damage can be the result. An after-sales service check is strongly recommended one year after commissioning, then regularly. During these interventions, we carry out the following tasks.

From that, we draw up a detailed inspection report mentioning any repairs to be carried out, our findings and recommendations to maximize the lifespan of the plant. After a few years in service, we recommend a thermographic assessment of the installation, which can be arranged with our specialist partner.

In the event that repairs need to be carried out, PHOTOVOLT SA is at your disposal for the task. We can also come and check the modifications made by the installer if the guarantees are still valid.

It is more than 10 years of experience in industrial solar panel assembly that gives PHOTOVOLT SA the competence and the know how to detect any shortcomings, sometimes well hidden!
